This Privacy Policy explains which personal data is collected by OME TEKNOLOJİ YAZILIM SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. ("yeschef") when you use the yeschef platform at https://useyeschef.com and the yeschef Pilot browser extension, the purposes for which such data is processed, and how it is protected. By using the Platform or the extension, you accept the practices described in this policy.

Data We Collect

• Account data: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number and password (stored in digested/hashed form); • Business data: business title, branch and contact details, subscription and invoice information; • Order data: order details flowing from the integrated food-delivery platforms (Trendyol Yemek, Migros Yemek, Yemeksepeti, Getir Yemek); processed on behalf of the restaurant solely for the purpose of displaying orders in the panel and forwarding them to the restaurant; • Technical data: IP address, session and log records, device and browser information, cookies.

yeschef Pilot Browser Extension

yeschef Pilot is a Chrome extension that performs operations solely upon the request of the restaurant representative, within the food-delivery platform panels into which the representative has already logged in. The extension processes the following data: • Pairing and device identity information: the one-time pairing code generated in the yeschef panel is exchanged for a company-specific device key. The device key is stored locally in the browser (chrome.storage.local) and is used solely for the extension to authenticate itself to the yeschef servers. • Panel session key: the session key of an already open and logged-in food-delivery platform panel is read solely within your browser so that the operations you request can be carried out in that panel. This key is used solely within your browser and is sent solely to the relevant food-delivery platform's own services; it is never transmitted to the yeschef servers or to third parties. • Task results: the result of each task executed by the extension (for example, the menu read from the panel or product availability information) is transmitted to the yeschef servers together with the task status, for the purposes of providing the service and maintaining an audit record. The extension does not collect your browsing history, your keyboard input, or any data from any website other than the yeschef panel and the supported food-delivery platform panels. Extension data is not sold, is not used for advertising or profiling purposes, and is not shared with third parties. All communication with the yeschef servers takes place over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

Purposes of Processing

Personal data is processed for the purposes of providing and operating the service (consolidating orders in a single panel, menu and working-hours management, reporting), carrying out subscription and billing processes, managing support requests and communications, ensuring information and operational security, improving the service, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Sharing of Personal Data

Personal data is not sold. It may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with hosting and infrastructure providers, with payment institutions and e-invoice integrators for subscription and billing processes, with the integrated food-delivery platforms to the extent technically required for the order flow, and with authorized public authorities and institutions in cases required by the legislation.

Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the minimum retention periods prescribed in the relevant legislation. Upon expiry of these periods, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Security

Personal data is protected by technical and administrative measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, authorization based on the need-to-know principle, and logging.

Your Rights

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information, to request its rectification or deletion, and to exercise the other rights enumerated in the Law. Detailed information is set out in the Information Notice published on the Platform. You may submit your requests to destek@useyeschef.com.

Changes to the Policy

yeschef may update this Privacy Policy in the event of changes to its services or to the applicable legislation. The current version is always published at https://useyeschef.com/en/privacy-and-terms/.
